Teeth (teeth)-each one for the raised part of the engagement of the gears. Generally speaking, the raised portion arranged radially. Mating gear wheel teeth touch each other, causing gear meshing operation.

Slot-the space between two adjacent teeth on the gear.

Gear end-face-gear or cylindrical worm gear on the plane perpendicular to the axis of the gear or worm.

Method in gear, normal refers to the perpendicular to the plane of the tooth line.

Gear tooth is located at the top of the round-round.

The root circle-slot is located at the end of the round.
